British Pyrotechnics Society - Great forums. Make sure you spell oxidizer with an S (oxidiser) and color with a u (colour).
Rec.pyrotechnics - Google's usenet interface, rec.pyrotechnics. A great place to ask questions and have them answered with more questions and conflicting advice. Seriously though, great people who are eager to help. Make sure you search the archive before asking your question, and read the before mentioned FAQ.
Freak Pyromaniacs - These guys have some amazing images on their site. They are a pyro group operating out of the best country in the world, tha NL.

Dan Williams' Pyro Page - A GREAT resource. The projects are documented in excruciating detail. A little too anal retentive for me, but great nonetheless.
